Excursion to Dubrovnik
1n day: THESSALONIKI - DUBROVNIK
Gathering at the airport 'Macedonia'. Check flight to Dubrovnik. Arrival in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik has been called the pearl of the Adriatic and transfer to hotel. Then visit to the old city, which is surrounded by walls of the 10th century. We will walk in the historic center of the city, we will visit the Franciscan Monastery, the Cathedral of the Rector, the old port and the Church of St. Vlasios, patron saint of the city attractions are seldom travel experience. Here free time to wander through the medieval narrow or soak up the main street. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.
2n day: DUBROVNIK - MOSTAR
Breakfast and departure for the city that reminds us how close to central Europe reached the Ottoman Empire the famous Mostar (137 km.), The city emblem has the largest arched bridge, built by decree of Suleiman the Magnificent. A crossroads of East and West, combining the most characteristic elements of Eastern, Turkish bath, Islamic mosques, bazaar, food and oriental sweets with western elegance, Catholicism and Orthodoxy. And all along the banks of the Neretva with seven impressive bridges that unite Mostar. Return to hotel, dinner and time for an evening stroll in the direction of escort the lovely town with its medieval castles compose turning it into jewel of Dalmatia.
3n day: DUBROVNIK - SPLIT - TROGKIR
Breakfast and departure for the optional excursion to Split. After a fantastic journey along the indented Dalmatian coast, arrival in Split, the largest city in Dalmatia and the naval station formerly Yugoslavia. We will visit the famous palace in the shape of the Roman castle of Emperor Diocletian, the Cathedral, the Gothic Town Hall and the Renaissance clock tower. Free time in the beautiful waterfront city, the famous Riva for coffee or lunch. Then we head to the medieval Trogir (city-island), designated by UNESCO as a world heritage monument. It was built in the early 3rd century and joined to the mainland with a nice bridge. It has a rich history and is a popular tourist destination with an excellent tourist infrastructure. Late afternoon return to Dubrovnik.
4n day: Kotor - BOUTVA - RETURN FLIGHT
Breakfast and departure for Montenegro. Crossing the southernmost fjord in Europe and watching the beauty with which nature has endowed this small country will admire the passerby, a Byzantine heritage, with strong signs of the Middle Ages and the two islets that surround it. Then arrival in Kotor, a monument of culture Unesco, with Byzantine and Venetian influences. Then visit one of the oldest cities of the Adriatic (3500eton) graphical Boutva, known for its beautiful beaches and cosmopolitan life, a city with a strong Greek, Roman and Venetian elements. We tour in the medieval Boutva knowing a close one of the pearls of the Adriatic. Free time and return to the airport for the return flight.
