The road trip in Belgrade includes browsing the beautiful capital of Serbia and its attractions such as Agios Savvas, City Hall, Parliament, the Kalemegdan fortress and the monumental center of Tito. Benchmarks tour is a visit to the historic city of Nis, birthplace of Constantine the Great, and the city of Novi Sad, capital of Vojvodina.
Day 1: DEPARTURE FOR BELGRADE (625 km.)
Departure early morning from our offices for Evzoni border. Passing peripherals from Skopje, we reach the Serbian border. Crossing the border and entering the Old Serbia. Arrival in the capital, Belgrade. Arrangement in the hotel. In the evening first acquaintance with the city.
Day 2: BELGRADE - CITY TOUR
Breakfast and begin the tour in the beautiful capital of Serbia. We will start from the Kalemegdan fortress built at the confluence of the rivers Danube and Sava, the Tower Nebosja, which was the prison and place of death of Rigas Ferraios and we will continue with Ruzica churches and Agia Paraskevi. We will see the Republic Square, the National Theatre, the famous mansion of Princess Ljubica, Saint Sava largest Orthodox church in the Balkans, the monumental center of Tito dedicated to the great leader, the City Hall and Parliament. In the afternoon free time in the city. Day 3: Novi Sad (80 +80 km)
Breakfast and depart for the city of Novi Sad, capital of Vojvodina. Arrival and city tour. We will see the castle Petrovaradin, with nice views of the river Danube, the square Slobodan, the cathedral, City Hall and we will have free time in the main street. Early afternoon return to Belgrade. In the evening we recommend leaving the bohemian area of Belgrade Skadarljia, one of the most beautiful areas of the city where the nightlife lasts until the early hours (gypsy violins, traditional Serbian songs, bars, clubs).
Day 4: Avalon - Zemun - BELGRADE
Breakfast and departure for the observatory Avalon, which has an altitude of 511 meters and since 2007 has been declared a protected area. Then we will visit the famous Zemun, located in New Belgrade on the river Sava. Free time for lunch and then return to our hotel.
Day 5: BELGRADE - Return (625 km.)
Breakfast, free time and departure to the historical city of Nis, where Constantine the Great was born. Short city tour and go to the Serbian-Macedonian border. With the necessary stops on the way for coffee and rest we arrive in our city at night.
