Cooking classes in Pelion

Cooking is the process of food preparation using the heat. Cooking techniques and ingredients vary widely around the world, reflecting the unique environmental, economic, and cultural traditions. The cooks themselves also vary greatly in skill and training. Thus, cooking is an art that is free with no restrictions and without a sense of exaggeration. The recipes are many, the ways vary as perfumes, any place different as the flavors offered different yet very familiar. Discover Greek cuisine and the hidden treasures in a culinary journey in the beautiful village of Pelion in Portaria. The courses take place at the local Farm Karaiskou to be made known several traditional cooking techniques, ingredients and family recipes that have remained unchanged over the centuries. Participants will be transferred to Farm at 10:00 where they will have the opportunity to welcome them to enjoy their coffee with accompanying Turkish delight of must.
